Israel Securities Authority, Digital assets को safely use करने के लिए legal structure बना रहे हैं जिससे industries को clarity मिलेगा
Country के laws में जो change आते हैं उससे digital assets को securities regulations में include किया जाएगा. Israel Securities Authority के proposal के हिसाब से crypto को एक financial investment के रूप में माना जाएगा. जो भी changes बनाया जाता है उससे assets ko digitally represent किया जाएगा,और digital ledger के मदद से इसे transfer भी किया जा सकता है. Israeli securities law में digital assets को existing financial instruments के category में add किया जाएगा.
Agency ने कहा कि इस effort को इसीलिए बनाया जा रहा है ताकि investors को protection के साथ cryptocurrency का Advantage भी मिल सके.
Israel Securities Authority के मुताबिक Existing securities laws में digital assets की activity चल रही है ,
इन regulations को आज के जमाने में इस्तेमाल करने में थोड़ा मुश्किल होगा
12 Feb तक इस proposal पर Israel के लोग अपने comment कर सकतें हैं और proposal approve होने से पहले 6 महीने का वक्त चाहते हैं
Israel Securities Authority ऐसे Flexible Regulations बनाएंगे जिससे जो भी Digital Assets की Technology में changes आएंगे उनको Adopt कर पाएंगे
पिछले साल Coindesk के साथ interview में Anat Guetta, chairwoman of the ISA ने U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Gary Gensler के साथ मिलकर बताया कि cryptocurrency और securities के बीच में ज्यादा अंतर नहीं हैं.
अब हम सब को समझना चाहिए कि crypto और securities के बीच में कुछ अंतर नहीं है और इस पर एक proper definition बनाना चाहिए ताकि investors और consumers को protect किया जा सके ,साथ में इस industry को बढ़ावा मिले
Israel की securities watchdog ने finance minister को November में digital assets के Regulation पर recommendation दिए थे जिससे Israel Crypto के छेत्र में आगे बढ़ सके
